RVNA Wins Top Workplace Award for 2nd Year in a Row!
The Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association was recently presented with its second Hearst Media Top Workplace Award during a ceremony at Stepping Stones Museum in Norwalk.
The prestigious Top Workplace Award is given to participating companies throughout Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties. An independent company, Workplace Dynamics, distributed a survey to all employees, which ranks each company based on job satisfaction. RVNA was once again among the 20 Top Workplace Winners in the small companies’ category.
Theresa Santoro, president and CEO, said, “I am both proud and privileged that RVNA was named as a Top Workplace organization. People are definitely an organization’s greatest asset. We have a remarkable staff of 87 who are professional in every way and are treated like family. If you treat the people who serve the mission with respect, they, in turn, will be happier employees and committed to the organization. I believe the staff at RVNA truly enjoys the autonomy, flexibility and happy working environment that we provide. An award that comes from within the organization is the best kind! RVNA couldn’t be more proud or happy with this recognition. We will surely continue to live up to the title of being a Top Workplace.”
