Connecticut Light & Power Co. will send representatives to town on Tuesday, Jan. 8, to explain to the public how it manages the power restoration process during an extended outage. The meeting is at the Redding Community Center at 7:30 p.m. The snow date is Wednesday, Jan. 9.
First Selectman Natalie Ketcham said many people have had questions about the power restoration process. “Certainly there is some concern in West Redding,” she said, “so it’s appropriate that CL&P, which is in charge of the process, explain directly to its customers how this is handled.”
Expected to attend the meeting are Lissette Andino, the town’s CL&P representative and a supervisor and regional coordinator, and her supervisor, Dominic Scerbo.
“I encourage residents to come out for this unique opportunity to hear from CL&P directly,” said Ms. Ketcham.
