Media expert and Redding resident Anne Young Albanese will be at the Mark Twain Library on Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 7 p.m. to discuss effective ways to use social media in business.
Ms. Albanese has more than 20 years of experience in public relations message development for clients including The City of New York, Nikon, and Sierra Software. As early as 2004, she recognized the value of social media for businesses to share their messages. She began to help clients develop and implement successful, targeted campaigns using this very effective method.
During Tuesday’s program, Ms. Albanese will focus on ways to increase existing and potential customer awareness, how to grow sales and encourage repeat customers, and show strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook platforms.
Admission is free. To reserve a seat, go online to marktwainlibrary.org, phone 203-938-2545, or sign up at the circulation desk. This program is sponsored by the Mark Twain Library Program Committee.
