Sunday, 6:40 p.m. — Redding, Easton and Redding schools are on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 11.
Jeff Hanson, highway department superintendent, reports that all Redding roads are passable but some are narrower than usual because of the amount of snow that had to be moved. All roads are plowed, sanded, and some are dry, he said.
The forecast for tomorrow is freezing rain turning to all rain around 9 a.m. The National Weather Service is forecasting a high of 44 degrees for Redding with a low Monday night around 31. Rain is expected mainly before 9 p.m. Little or no snow accumulation is expected.
