Prudential Connecticut Realty’s New Homes and Land Division has been selected from among its peers to receive two 2012 Home Building Industry (“HOBI”) Awards from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Connecticut. The HOBI awards are considered the most prestigious awards presented in Connecticut for excellence in property design, construction, sales and marketing, and financing by members of the HBRA organization.
Terence Beaty, Director of the New Homes & Land Division and Lynn Rival, Senior Graphic Designer at Prudential Connecticut Realty won “Best Community Sales Brochure” and “Best Community Website” for the Sonoma Woods development.
The awards will be presented at the HOBI Awards Banquet on Nov. 14. The HRBA of Connecticut is a statewide professional trade organization representing home builders, remodelers, developers and many subcontractors, suppliers and professionals that provide services to this diverse industry.
