Community Carol Sing set at Barlow

The Joel Barlow High School Music Department will present its Fourth Annual Community Carol Sing on Thursday, Dec. 20, at 6:30 p.m.

The event will feature members of the Orchestra, Select Choir, Concert Band, Jazz Band, and A Cappella choirs performing a variety of Christmas and Hanukah favorites. A musical reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, community performances of Sleigh Ride and Carol of the Bells, a performance by the newly formed JBHS Staff Choir, an audience sing-along, and a visit from Santa are planned.

The concert is suitable for all ages. There is no cost for admission but donations are encouraged. Proceeds will benefit the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County. Joel Barlow High School is at 100 Black Rock Turnpike.
